My Go-To All-Fruit Smoothie

Today's post is just a simple recipe (my original recipe— look at me) because I'm currently adjusting to six new classes, ordering textbooks, and starting reading assignments. Anyway, I love smoothies, and they're especially great for college students. Healthy, and super easy to make and clean up after (life hack here: blend up water and soap after you make your smoothie. Did I just blow your mind?). I like this smoothie because it's entirely fruit (and greens, if you want)— no yogurt, no milk, not even ice cubes. Recipe below!


Ingredients
2 c. frozen mixed fruit (I like Trader Joe’s Organic Tropical Fruit Blend)
1 ripe banana
Handful fresh berries
1/2 c. OJ (adjust depending on desired consistency)
2 handfuls fresh spinach (optional)

Add ingredients to blender in order from top to bottom, as listed. Blend until smooth!
